How soon will my coffee ship after I place an order?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, Monday through Friday.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum flavor longevity, or choose from various grind settings including Drip, Espresso, or French Press.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the flavor profile.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Yes, we prioritize Direct Trade relationships. This means we work closely with farmers to ensure they are paid above Fair Trade premiums and utilize sustainable farming practices.
