Returns & Exchanges

At Temple Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable items and resolution for coffee quality concerns. Please note that due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure freshness and safety.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Email our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

  • 2.
    Review & Approval

    Our quality control team will review your request and provide a return authorization number or offer a replacement if the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your unused non-perishable items or equipment in their original packaging and ship them back to our Sacramento roasting facility.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
